Identity and Purity

Botanical identification (macro/microscopy), TLC fingerprinting, marker compound quantification by HPLC, and ash values per API monographs.

Contaminant Testing

Heavy metals (Pb, As, Hg, Cd), aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2, total), pesticide residues, and microbial limits per AYUSH and WHO requirements.

Finished Product Testing

Churna, vati, asava, arishta, bhasma, and oil formulations tested per API. Disintegration, loss on drying, pH, and assay of active constituents.

Stability Studies

Shelf life determination for herbal formulations under accelerated and real-time conditions. Zone IV conditions (30/65) applicable for Indian market.

AYUSH Regulatory Compliance

The Ministry of AYUSH requires all Ayurvedic, Siddha, and Unani products to be tested at approved laboratories before licence issuance and renewal. Auriga Research is listed as an AYUSH-approved laboratory, and our test reports are accepted directly by state licensing authorities.
